    I currently have an odd problem. While doing some routine updates to my site the gallery view on my site stopped working. While I can still use the list view to find the location of my photos and insert images via html, the advanced editor that makes this theme so easy to use can no longer insert anything from my media gallery.

    I have tried disabling all of my plugins and reinstalling the most recent version of WP, but nothing seems to work.

    If you can suggest some next troubleshooting steps I would be very grateful.

    Sorry here is updated info.

    I went through each of the troubleshooting steps that you provided except for installing a fresh copy of the theme via FTP. Nothing worked.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Just to clarify; the problem is that images are not displaying on the URL in private? Are we allowed to disable plugins in order to troubleshoot?

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks again for looking into this. That is correct, the images are not displaying in the grid view on the admin side of the platform. I can still access my images when I’m in the list view,

    I have found the problem! There is an issue with my child theme. When I find what is causing it, I’ll post it to this thread. Thanks!!

    I found the issue. I had a second google tracking code embedded into my functions file, once that was removed everything worked as it should.
