    Our images used to open in a lightbox, but now they take the user to the image itself in the same page (so when they close the image they’re off the site).

    Hey lzevon,

    Did you check if the Lightbox Modal Window is checked under Enfold->Theme Options? If that is not the problem then please post admin login detail in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem. Lightbox Modal Window is checked in enfolds-theme options – but the gallery thumbs do not open the images. I discovered the issue bei accidence.
    This issue appears in different website we’ve made with enfold.

    Maybe something with the WordPress 4.9.8 update?

    Hi, I have the same issue. After upgrading my Enfold theme, the lightbox functionality no longer works properly. Images open in a browser window instead of the lightbox overlay. I reverted to my backup of previous version of Enfold because we use this functionality extensively on our site. Is there a resolution to this issue so I can safely upgrade to the latest Enfold version?

    Hi DiscoverLink,

    Did you try to disable the functionality under Enfold->Performance to see if that is the problem? If we can’t actually see the problem then it’s difficult to help you out unfortunately.

    I checked and it is enabled and I tried toggling back-and-forth. I also disabled all plugins without any luck. I can not give you access to this site because it’s not hosted by me and the admin is protected by IP. Since others are also experiencing the same issue perhaps you can let me know what I need to do to fix it after working with one of them?

    Hi lzevon,

    This often happens when there is a header.php file in the child theme and it has not been updated with a fresh copy. Please check for it.
