    Hi Enfold Support,

we use Enhanced Media Library to expand our gallery. Unfortunately the images for the gallery element and Masonry Gallery are not loaded anymore when adding more images.

Probably this is caused by a Javascript conflict.

    Thanks for your help!

    Tobias

    Hey Tobias,

Thanks for the login token. I can’t see any pages using those elements though, could you post a link directly to a page where we can see and reproduce this problem please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Tobias,

Thanks for that. I see some error message related to backbone.js, but I’m not sure what is causing them unfortunately. What happens if you disable all plugins except Enhanced Media Library?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Tobias,

Thanks for the update. Could you try reaching out to the plugin developers for help? They should be in a better position to help you out with their plugin. Also, does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Dear Rikard,

i mentioned thís error here earlier as well.
ENFOLD does not cooperate with enhance media library.
Since it’s one of the most wide spreaded media-plugins, will you please investigate this for all your ENFOLD-users?
The description of the error stays the same, like described above.
My customer build up all the image assets along the media libraray categories and i means a kind of an impact for them to exchange the media-pluign.

    Thank you, Th.

    Hi subnoodle,

Our support is limited when it comes to debugging third party plugins unfortunately, the theme simply cannot be compatible with all plugins out there. I would suggest that you reach out to the plugin developers first of all. If you should need further help from us, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also let us know where we can see and reproduce the problem you are having.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Dear Rikard,

Please refer to this entry at support of Enhanced Media Library as i’d like to engage clarifing this yourselves amongst developers. Benefit would be, to put a genious peace of software on you compatibility lists, each both of you.

In meanwhile i’ll put the credentials to the private section below, since the site is not yet online.

    Thank you, Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

    Sorry for the late reply!

I checked your test site and could reproduce the issue. Add to gallery button throws error related to backbone.js file as Rikard mentioned earlier.
While I was searching for a solution, I found this thread – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/enfold-theme-conflict/ where plugin author fixed the issue by releasing an update. I think another update might be needed.
I checked their developer docs however that did not help either. If plugin author replies to your thread and has any pointers, we will gladly pass them to our devs :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
