Hi,
I added two sliders with different display options.
The slider does not appear on the phone. There is a white background instead.
What did I do wrong?November 7, 2018 at 9:37 am #1030755Hey daropress,
You have selected to not show it on small screens in the element options, try unchecking that option and save again.
Best regards,

I added two sliders with different display options.
one slider – selected to not show it on small screens
and one slider – selected to not show it on big screens.
on preview it works correctly
But after saving, the Slider disappeared on mobileNovember 10, 2018 at 7:53 pm #1032072Hi daropress,
You should be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly. Please consider upgrading your php version.

How do I upgrade the php version?
Register that this is the latest version of WordPress. – 4.9.8
And there is no suggestion for further upgrades of the templateNovember 12, 2018 at 8:26 am #1032460Hi,
You can upgrade the PHP version in your web hosting interface or by contacting your hosting provider. Please note that PHP 5.6 and 7.0 will not get security updates after the new year.

I noticed that when you preview the page, you’ll see the slider on a mobile device. But it’s only in the preview ..November 13, 2018 at 9:46 pm #1033186Hi daropress,

November 27, 2018 at 7:12 am #1037920Hi,
I checked your site and tested the slider on a test page.
It appears some code is in conflict.
Did you add any custom code to the site or a plugin after which this issue started?
The theme is outdated now, first deactivate all plugins and update the theme manually to the latest version 4.5
