    Hello,
    We have a website with a fullscreen slider on a page and 3 videos as content in it. First of all I can’t seem to get the video to play at all on mobile as I always get the “Please set a mobile device fallback image” error. I’m sure the videos are in the correct format as I can get them to play on mobile on another website.
    If I set a fallback image I’m missing the buttons below the captions instead.
    Is there a way I can get all three videos to work or at least get the buttons on the fallback image to show?

    Hey giuseppemansi,

    Autoplay videos are disabled on mobile, but the fallback image should display of course. Could you post a link to where we can see the results you are getting please?
