Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the Full Width Easy slider.
I need to set-up the slider with images, title and text captions and a one button link.The slider works well if i only add images, when i add captions and link the slide vanishes. I have setup a slider with 3 slides, the first one has captions and link, and it simply disappears while the last 2 slider which only contain images do appear.
Inspecting the HTML code on the published page shows that the slider’s
- does not contain the slide with captions.
Even more strange is that i can see the slide with captions/link on the wordpress preview page, but not on the published page.
This happens with all plugins disabled.
I have already created an user on the website for your access. Details are on private content.

Thank you for using Enfold.
I added a caption to the other images and they don’t disappear. Did you get the image from another language? Please remove it from the media library then upload it again.

IsmaelI just did as you asked.
Cancelled the images from the slider, removed the images from media library, re-uploaded them.
The image still disappears.
I also controlled the language for the images, everything is in the right language. Other languages for now are not in use.Hi,
It does seems to be working totally fine on my end at the moment. Have you been able to figure it out already?

I had to compromise. If we use the single button link option the whole slide was disappearing. This option seems to work with 1 slider, but on my case i had 3 slides with a clickable button and it just fails.
Confusingly, it fails on the live page, but NOT on the preview page generated by WP. Remember i tried this with all plugins disabled and error remained.
So we are now using the whole slide as a link, and discarded the button option.Our procedure was:
deleted easy slider module on the fusion builder and added a new one, then:
1- added 3 images (ok)
2- added captions for 3 slides (OK)
3- added 1 button link to the 3 slides (FAIL on live, shows on preview)Thank you.
