    Hello, using version 4.7.5 Enfold.
We have Managed WordPress and the site updated overnight to version 5.5.3 and the Full Width EasySlider stopped working. I tried a few different options such as some of the performance settings, but nothing seems to bring it back from the dead. Can someone look into it and help see what the issue might be?

    Thanks so much,

    Hey Taber,

Sorry for the problem. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help then please try deactivating your Autoptimize plugin to see if that changes anything. If not then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. The login is asking for an additional code though, and I’m not sure where to get that?

An Authentication Code has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Look for an email with “Login Authentication Code” in the subject line.

Also, did you try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I can’t see what is causing the problem, but you are getting some errors related to jQuery:

Can we disable plugins for debugging purposes?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
