Hi there. Please see the site in the private content below.

I would like the div that contains the black tab at the top to extend the entire width of the window even though the rest of the design is a “boxed” layout. I have been able to figure out how to insert the black tab in a number of locations in the code using actions but I’m having a hard time styling it the way I would like. Using jQuery, I can move that div so it’s the first one after the <body> tag but because the body is set up with a margin to center the content, I can’t get that div to extend the entire width of the window. Any suggestions? Does that make sense?

To be clear, the black tab div is not currently set up to be inserted as the first div after <body>.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hey Kevin!

Everything is possible, but that would need a lot of work to be done.

You can contact one of our Customization Contractors, who will help you out with the process.

I’m not expecting you to do the heavy lifting on this. I was hoping more for a pretty light nudge in the right direction. :-)

Use a stretched layout, it is easier to make some parts of the layout look “boxed” than the opposite.
