    Hi there,

    I’ve added in some full screen sliders for videos on my home page.

    Previously I cleared the cache and these were playing automatically, but now they won’t play and appear as static images. Please could you advise of a fix for this?

    Also, is there a way to make them play on a mobile screen please? It’s currently saying that we need to set a backup image to appear on mobiles but I’d prefer for this to be the video if possible – I know this is an option on Divi.

    Hey Maiko,

    First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    We don’t have an autoplay option for mobile unfortunately. I’ve heard that there are solution for that, but it’s nothing we have implemented in the theme as of now.
