Full screen slider topped working across site

I have checked my site this morning to find large gaps across numerous web pages where full screen sliders are no longer rendering. Instead I just get white strips.

I’ve updated all plugins and then deactivated all plugins, but still no joy. I’ve cleared all caches and checked on multiple browsers.

It also appears that some colour sections are not rendering correctly – coloured copy in the section are rendering in the section background colour – see home page for example
