    It looks like this issue is recurring in Enfold 7.1.2 when ‘Use first slides caption as permanent caption’ is selected.

    Fullscreen Slider and Fullwidth Easy Slider buttons not working in Enfold 5.0

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. Could you please create a test page and provide the page URL in the private field? Make sure that the Appearance > Theme File Editor is enabled and accessible.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your patience, I found that this issue seems to only occur when videos are used in the slider. I opened a issue with the Dev Team for them to review, when we hear back we will post here.

    what is a bit strange – it seems only be the fact if it is a self-hosted video.
    i tested it with a youtube video – the button works !

    if you switch off the video controls:
    Hide Video Controls (Check if you want to hide the controls (works for youtube and self hosted videos) )

    then the button is working

    Turning off the video controls didn’t make any difference in this instance I’m afraid.

    Enfold 7.1.3 and newest WP

    ok – i test now the fullscreen slider – if this will work too. …

    I don’t see a second video slide on your test page, just the photo backdrop of London. I am also using Enfold 7.1.3 and WP 6.8.3.

    I’m using Chrome on PC but also tried Firefox. I just see the Eiffel Tower background (no video) on the second one too.

    the only thing that is strange is that on my real mobile device (an iPhone) the fallbackimage is shown – but the link will not open. But thats only on a real mobile device.
    Next if you let yout fingers on that button a few seconds (on iPhone) a context menu will open and on open in new tab will work. ???
    on all browsers i can test on my OSX ( Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera) Desktop all is ok.
