    Hi I have a problem with a site.

    I updated the latest version of the theme, plugins, changed php version but nothing.

    The “load more” in the home does not work and in the backend the drag and drop reordering images in the portfolio items’ masonry gallery does not work.

    Can you help me to see that there is an error in this file /config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcode-helpers/class-avia-masonry.php

    same probleme here, till yesterday drag and drop doesnt work any further. latest update is done. do we can work that out, i really need help with that. thanks in advance. Mads

    Hi Lamberto,

    It looks this problem was introduced with the new version of the theme. We have reported it to our developers, but we don’t have a solution to offer at the moment though. Please try to downgrade to the previous version, please see private. If you need help with that, then please share FTP login details with us as well.

    Hy Rikard. Thats so nice, thanks for your fast reply. FYI i checked it and i have the issue on every gallery (horizontal,masonry,normal…)
    I think i can work around for a while till your developers have a solution for that. I only want to know if that issue is not on my side.
    I keep your offers in mind.

    Hi Lamberto,

    Thanks for the update. I see the problem on your actual site, but I can’t reproduce it on test installation using 4.8.9 or 4.8.8.1. Are we allowed to temporarily deactivate plugins and themes on your installation? Also please share FTP login details in private, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I tried installing the previous version of the theme on your site, but it made no difference unfortunately. The likely reason for this breaking is probably the WordPress 5.9 update, since I can’t reproduce the problem on any version running WordPress 5.8.2. Could you try downgrading WordPress to see if that helps please? https://increasily.com/how-to-downgrade-wordpress/. We can do it for you if you give us permission to so, also please verify that you have backups of your site.

    Hey,

    I downgraded WordPress version to 5.8.3. Please review your website.

    The issue will be fixed in WordPress 5.9.1

    This is caused by a regression in the jQuery UI Sortable library, a fix has been released for the library, and will be included in the upcoming release of WordPress 5.9.1

    Same issue here, thanks for the info. Will wait for the next WordPress update and meanwhile insert my photo’s in the gallery, in the correct order.
