A client of mine has a form on this page:

The form is not working. She says she has about 40 people that filled in the form, but she hasn’t had any e-mails about it. Is there any way to:
1. fix the form
2. find out who filled in the form, are they stored somewhere

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoThe client will call me tomorrow morning and I really would love to give her some kind of explanation or ‘hope’ about those e-mail addresses. Could someone give me an update? *freaking out*
I think my question is lost in the other request, but my client would really like to know today if the e-mail addresses of people that filled in the form are lost or if they are to be found somewhere.
Could you please let me know today? (I normally don’t put a time scale on things here, but I am desperate and my client is VERY angry :()
I would like to replace the form with a contact7 form, but I don’t know if I’m then interfering with your work. So I just placed a warning for visitors on it for now.
