    On one of the sites that I did, I have a strange thing for some time: in the booking form, the booking email no longer arrives at its recipient. I put my address in second address of reception and the tests carried out show me that the mails no longer arrive.
    So I hesitate, I do not know if the problem comes from the form (Enfold Theme form) or rather the host and the configuration of the customer’s mailbox.
    Have you ever had this kind of problem?

    I added a captcha to my form because I had an error message “This contact form is deactivated because you refuse to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”; I thought that maybe the problem was there, but it does not change anything and even with the captcha, the error sentence is still displayed.
    Decidedly I do not understand why this form which worked perfectly no longer works for some time.



    Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem. The cookie error message should be solved in the latest version of the theme (4.6.2), could you try updating to that please?
