    Hello
I have a problem with the widgets on a child theme.

I placed them in wordpress widgets and selected the correct settings on the theme, but then from frontend they don’t show up, unknown divs appear that I never put in.

If try to replace those files with the parent theme files, it just disappears the footer.

How can i solve it? thanks

    Hey golfoparadiso,

Thanks for the login details. You have selected to use a custom page as a footer under Enfold->Footer. If you want the regular widget behaviour, then please change that setting accordingly.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
no the problem is that if I choose the correct setting, instead of the widgets set on wordpress it appears anything else. To show you, I set it up. The widgets you see now I don’t know where they are taken from, for sure they are not the ones set.

    Hi,

I replaced footer.php and header.php in your child theme, and it’s working as it should after that. You can still access the old files in your child theme, should you need them.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
