Footer "Template-Page" not responsive on all Pages

Hi,
First, i used two grid containers(one for desktop/one for mobile), which worked fine on startpage, cells stacked and were responsive and only the desktopgrid showed up.

On most of each other pages, both the mobilegrid footer AND the desktopfooter-grid element showed up, regardless of my settings in those 2 elements which of course were hide the mobilegrid on desktop and vice versa for the desktopgrid.

i probably destroyed the wrap_all container on the footer template page – it just isnt responsive on all sites!

I did some reading, and put all my elements in a color section – but same thing:
it is responsive on the startpage, but not on other pages..

can you please check it out?
