Footer Error causing display issues

I have had a site live for a while but just bought a new license to update the version. I noticed before updating that there were parts of the page that were missing – like the logos on the bottom of the home page (part of the footer) and the title on the home page.

I have noticed this recently with some of my other sites but updating the theme normally solves the problem.

This time its not helped. In console I am noticing a console error as attached. Can you help!
