    Hello,

    we already had this problem on another Enfold website and you were able to help us solve it. We had given you WP admin access and access to the web server. You will get both this time as well.

    After updating to the latest Enfold site, our footer is the default WordPress footer. Our actual footer has disappeared. Can you please check this and fix the problem. Last time it wasn’t enough to copy the footer.php from the parent theme to the child theme, so this time I’m asking for problem solving right away, since this project is a bit urgent ;)

    ** SOLVED **

    We were able to solve the problem by transferring not only the footer.php but also the header.php from the parent theme to the child theme.
    The footer works again.
