Hi,
really love the last updates, fixed some major bugs and love the new floating sub menu.
there is however a problem with that and the main menu if it’s floating. If we have a tag and link, it doesn’t take into consideration floating menus, so the page bounces up to the top instead of under the menus.

Not sure what we will be able to do about that. Send us a link and we’ll take a look. You can set your reply as private if you wish.

ElliottDecember 18, 2014 at 7:51 am #369866well the page isn’t live, but shouldn’t the page jump up to just below the floating sub menu, instead of the top of the browser?
December 18, 2014 at 6:27 pm #370125Hi!
I tested it out on my XAMPP setup and it appears to be working as expected with color sections. Send us a link when you go live and we’ll take a look.
Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.0.4, and deactivate all plugins while testing.

So the page is live now, and i’ve tried as suggested and deactivate all plugins but it didn’t work
the link still jumps to the top of the browser ignoring the header and the submenu.http://afa.org.sg/whatwedo/advocate/sac/9th-sac-archive/#symposium-1

Looks like you didn’t use the color section element to separate different areas of the page. Add a color section then place all content of the “Opening Section” inside the element. Look for the Section ID field, add the id “opening-session”. Remove the anchor tag:
<a name="opening-session"></a>
Do the same for the remaining sections.
Cheers!

June 3, 2015 at 8:16 am #453595Hey!
Just tried and seems that all the pages are working right, except the opening section?
I can also see some boxes cutted with all content visible, dunno if that is a general issue or me testing. Just a heads up! :–)Cheers!
BasilisJune 8, 2015 at 6:30 am #455720The link works, if that’s what you mean, but it doesn’t stop under the floating sub menu. It goes behind, and under it.
June 12, 2015 at 8:05 am #458230Hey!
I checked the page but the sections are still not separated by color sections. Please create a test page, follow our suggestion. Place each section inside a color section then add a Section ID. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 3, 2015 at 6:33 am #481888Great. this works now. i tried a couple of versions, but it was because i added a in the section ID which causes it to scroll all the way to the top.
Thank you. now, is there a thread on how to activate floating and overflow for submenus, so it acts like the one on apple or google’s website instead of becoming a chunk of links that doesn’t float?
August 4, 2015 at 5:13 am #482488Hey,
I’m not sure what you mean by floating and overflow, could you provide us with a screenshot highlighting what you are trying to do please?
Cheers!
RikardAugust 4, 2015 at 9:14 am #482578hi, i’m sorry, but i realised i’ve created another thread, and have posted the screen shots there.
