Hi,
I’ve tried following various threads to get the logo to float above the top menu bar. I’ve attached a screenshot and site access in the Private Content section.

You can change the header behavior from Enfold > Header > Header Behavior

Thank you for your reply, however the settings in Enfold > Header > Behavior does not solve the problem. The logo still does not float on top of the top menu bar as shown in the image that I attached previously. You will see in the current website that the top of the logo is cut off, that is why I need it to float above the top bar. Can you please help. Thank you.Hi,
Please change the transparent header setting in the homepage > Layout > Header visibility

Thank you for your reply. I already tried that and it pulls everything up to the top of the page. I want a white header and a transparent header does not achieve this. Did you look at the .png file that I added to Private Content?

Yes I saw the png.
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
