MikeFebruary 22, 2019 at 4:09 pm #1070373ok here you are
February 23, 2019 at 1:55 am #1070524Hi,
Thanks for the login, I see that it is not working, but it is on my site, I even downgraded to v4.5.2 that you are using.
Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.Best regards,
MikeFebruary 25, 2019 at 10:53 am #1071208I have tried to do as you said, disabling all plugins, but nothing changed
February 26, 2019 at 6:51 am #1071638Hi,
This is odd because on my install the links work and I can highlight the test in the flip box, but I can’t in yours.
You have this javascript error:"mixpanel" object not initialized
My research shows that Mixpanel is an analytics platform, are you using this? can you disable this?
Best regards,
MikeFebruary 26, 2019 at 10:32 am #1071697no, i never even heard of it. I have the google analytics plugin installed (Google Analytics Dashboard per WP (GADWP)), but i tried disinstalling it to see if it was that, but nothing changed. I can’t even update my enfold theme, it’s giving error. maybe it would be fixed with the update?

February 27, 2019 at 6:10 am #1072162Hi,
Thank you for the FTP access, I renamed your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. Please also check for yourself.
Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page. This didn’t seem to help with the link issue, I will try to research this some more, in the meantime please check your site and let us know if you have any errors from updating the theme.
Best regards,
MikeFebruary 27, 2019 at 10:35 am #1072229Thank you Mike , it seems to work fine, i would be happy if you could delete the enfold-old, so i don’t make some kind of mistake. Now i just hope to resolve the link issue in some way.

February 28, 2019 at 6:37 am #1072498Hi,
I deleted the “enfold-old” So while trying to figure out what is going on with your icon grid, I created a new one below yours and the links are working fine, the only difference is yours have a border around them, please check. Perhaps the old theme created them with an error, and you can use the new ones instead?Best regards,
MikeFebruary 28, 2019 at 10:27 am #1072570Thank you very much! I tried to put borders on yours too, and i now see that the borders are the problem , using borders all around or the borders only between the boxes, the links stop working. Is it something that you will resolve in the future? It would be better if you could use the border options.
thank you again for your fast help

February 28, 2019 at 2:23 pm #1072637Hi,
How are you adding the borders? I would like to recreate the issue on my localhost.
Meanwhile to have borders, please try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field or in the WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS field:#top.page-id-954 .avia-icongrid-wrapper { border:2px solid rgba(211, 211, 211, 1); }
feel free to adjust the color and width.
Best regards,
MikeFebruary 28, 2019 at 4:03 pm #1072663In the icon grid, under layout ( in italian it’s aspetto ), the first options is grid borders: no borders, borders between the sections or borders between and above). So it wold be nice if it could work
March 1, 2019 at 4:43 am #1072856March 1, 2019 at 5:10 pm #1073267thank you, with the css it’s working.
March 2, 2019 at 5:05 am #1073502Hi,
That is great news, I tried to isolate the problem with borders, but have not yet. Will the css be satisfactory as a solution?Best regards,
MikeMarch 27, 2019 at 3:21 pm #1083659Hi Mike, could i ask for your help on another website? So i put in an old enfold theme just for showing the client the two pages that was needed at the moment. But now i need to complete the website, so i bought a new enfold. Should I upload via ftp as you did with the other website?
March 28, 2019 at 4:00 am #1083897Hi,
If you have created two pages that you don’t want to lose, then yes, please try following the steps I described earlierBest regards,
