    Hallo

    Leider bekomme ich die folgende Fehlermeldung wenn ich das Theme installieren will.
    Was muss ich tun.

    Theme-Installation aus Datei: themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip
    Entpacken des Pakets …

    Das Theme wird installiert …

    Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Dem Theme fehlt das Stylesheet style.css.

    Theme-Installation fehlgeschlagen.

    Hi Victoria

    Thanks for your help. Unfortunately i can not update the theme because it is a first installation.
    Wordpress does not install it at all.
    I am not an expert on things like this and I am not used in.

    I looked into FileZilla, wp-content/theme there was no enfold folder, i import the folder from the zip, tried to see if the theme is now available on WordPress with no sucses. There was also another folder “psd” which i don’t know where to put.

    What should i do? Is it possible that you can check it over Teamviewer? I paid for support as well.

    Hi Omar,

    Please include WordPress and FTP login details in private so that we can install the theme for you. If you want to try yourself then the problem is likely that you are trying to install the wrong zip file. Try unzipping the file which you downloaded from Themeforest and look for enfold.zip in there, then upload that file.
