Heelo,
After adding several buttons in the “button row” I saved the home page, but there was an error. From then on, it was no longer possible to access the avia block editor, because as soon as the page was opened it went into a fatal error. All the rest of the site and pages continue to function normally.

What happens if you change your site URL and location to https instead of http on the page in private? Also please try updating your PHP version to 8.0 or higher. If that doesn’t change anything, then please share server error logs with us.

We can’t reproduce the same error on our installation. Did you add any scripts or custom code to the Button Row element? Please set the builder to debug mode to make the shortcodes accessible from the shortcodes field.

After adding the filter, you’ll find another field below the Advanced Layout Builder containing shortcodes. You can remove the shortcode of the Button Row element manually from the field, then update the page. Please create a site backup before proceeding.

I have set the builder to debug mode to make the shortcodes accessible from the shortcodes field according to your instructions.
However, I can confirm that I do not have add any scripts or custom code to the Button Row element?I made a backup of the current site using duplicator.
I didn’t understand how to remove the shortcode of the Button Row element manually from the field, then update the page, because as already specified it is impossible to enter the home page which goes into a fatal error when accessing.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I think the problem is related to the fact that the sixth row button wraps to the next line of the form. That was where the problem started. With 1 button first and then with 3-4 row buttons, everything worked normally.

Thank you for the info.
We can’t reproduce the issue on our end, even after adding more than 6 items in the Button Row element. You can check the screenshot in the private field, showing 5 rows with 10 buttons each.
Please provide the S/FTP details in the private field so that we can debug the issue further. We’ll try to extract the shortcodes of the home page so that you can apply the content on a different page.

I saw that the infinite string of buttons :-D you made did not give any errors, I deduce that the problem must be somehow linked to my environment. In this regard, I provide you with access to the backend of the hosting provider, asking you to proceed with particular attention. In addition to the possibility of accessing the file manager, you will also be able to check the configuration parameters of the PHP environment which could perhaps be the source of the problem.

We were able to extract the shortcode of the home page, remove the button row shortcodes and apply it to a temp page. We also saved the content as template named “home template”. You can now delete the home page, create another page and apply the template to it. Please check the private field.
