    Hi there folks,
    We are having a problem with our client’s site and I noted on another thread to start a new thread about it.
    I would appreciate some help in fixing it.

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method avia_sc_post_metadata::popup_key() in /home/customer/www etc

    Will you be able to advise my contractor web Team on how to fix it? I can put them in contact with you. Or do you need to get into the site to assess it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The error occurs because the site contains an older version of the theme, v4.5.7. You have to manually update it via FTP to version 4.8.2. Please check the documentation for more info about theme updates.

    Thank you, appreciate your response.

    My Team has done as advised, latest Theme file was uploaded via FTP but was updated but still, the issue persists. My guys said to let you know and ask for help. Anything else we need to try?

    Hi Ismael,
    Things were looking up this morning. Website Theme & login is now back & working correctly. It needed time I guess to fully comeback on line.
