Hi,
Impossible to access anything in the theme (page or post), a page is displayed with an error message “fatal error” (I put the message in the private content).
I don’t know if it’s due to the WordPress 6.0 update? My Enfold theme version is 4.8.3./ PHP version 8.0.19
Website is working but impossible to modify content in page or post.Thanks for your help

I have just updated to 4.9.2.3 and my site is completely broken (layout with avia on almost all pages and posts does not exist anymore) except for the “accueil” and “a propos” pages
You won’t see the errors when you are connected but in private mode.
Please help me, I can’t work with my site anymore.Thanks in advance

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, what is wrong with the page in private for instance? Please post a link directly to where we can see the actual problem you are having.

I send you the link of some pages and articles where the layout has disappeared (see the few examples in the private content)
It’s like that for almost the whole site, as if the avia builder was not working.
You have to try to view in connected mode (where everything is normal) and see the difference in private mode on a new google page (where nothing works)Best regards

Even the text font has changed
Example : go on the first page linked in the private content, click on the 3 boxes of this page and you will arrive on 3 pages, only 1 of these 3 pages work correctly
I hope I explain myself well, sorry it’s not easy to explain, you have to see the difference between connected with the login to WP and without the connection to WPThank you Rikard

Thanks for the update. I’m still not sure I understand the problem though, then pages you linked to are looking fine on my end, both on the front and backend. Could you share screenshots highlighting the problem you are seeing on your end please? You could also try using a different browser, to see if that changes anything?

The font displayed on the front end seems to be corresponding with your theme settings as well.

Thanks for the update. I’m checking in Chrome, and it’s working as it should there. You can upload screenshots to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur.com or similar, then link to them here.

I solved part of the problem, I’ll explain in case other people have the same problem: after clearing the cache several times, no change, so I opened all the pages in the backend as if I wanted to modify them, I just clicked the update button, refreshed the page, and the layout was back to normal. The problem is that you have to do this operation for each damaged page, it can take a lot of time as it did for me, but for now, it works.
But I have a second problem which is also important: when I create a new article, the formatting with avia builder is not kept. Just like when I edit an already created article or page, the formatting is not applied to the element. There was a bug in the update but I don’t understand what to do.
Third problem: in the top of the page of the articles there are 2 titles, 1 title (h1 40px) in blue and 1 other title underneath (24px) in white. there is a gap (line break) between the 2 that did not exist before the update. the 2 titles should be pasted.If you can try to connect with my login and create an article, you will certainly see what is wrong. You can create a test article and publish it, and view the article in private mode. From my side, it’s like avia builder is not working.

I’ll try to describe the problem as best as possible, sorry for all the trouble and the time I’m taking you.
1 – when I open your test article in private mode (kriesi-test), it’s a 404 error ?? I have to open it from the backend to see what you did.
2 – I sent you a file via Google drive, there is a picture on top with private mode, and the bottom picture with connected mode as it should be. The problem is that when I create a new post, it displays normally, then as soon as I make changes (text, size, …), the formatting is lost, as if I did not use Avia Builder.
I’m sorry but I’m lost !

Thanks for the clarification.
I tried to change the font sizes of the Special Heading and Text Block and it worked properly.
However, when I am logged out (using Chrome in incognito mode and not logged in) I do see the issue you are having.
It seems to be a caching issue and I was able to fix it on my end when I go to WP Rocket’s main dashboard (link in private content) and Clear all cache in using the three orange buttons in the sidebar (Empty Cache, Preload Cache, and Purge Used CSS).
