    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    how can i do that ?
    i have installed the “Evanto Market Plugin”
    and now the theme is visible and maybe ok

    but the theme version is still 5.3.11
    where can i find the evanto key to make a update for that theme ?

    i tried the “purchase code”
    at menu >
    Enfold > Theme Update >
    (i think it is: bfd327f3-c7b4-4133-9081-1b79dff14d64 )
    unfortunately not accepted

    in the meantime i created a token
    but evanto reports the email address and the username is wrong or makes an error
    so i can not see any new version of the theme
    my token is

    but in the wordpress dashboard
    i can not see a no new theme version
    g.

    Hi Gernot4,

    You’ll need to use the Themeforest account that you used to purchase the theme when you generate the key.
    Then follow the instructions in our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token
    Make sure it has sufficient permission:

    one more question – the website is currently on a test server
    I will run wordpress and the theme on another server later.
    Do I get problems with the token or with the updates for the Enfold theme on the other/new server?

    If the test site is on a separate server/domain then you can just update it via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp
