    Hello team,

    After updating the theme, my homepage is showing mobile fallback image before the video slider on desktop. I don’t want it :(( That image was only for mobile devices. http://www.xandrianoir.com (an image shows before the video.)

    Can you please help?

    I’m have the same issue on our site at http://www.tarptent.com. I had updated to 4.4.1, noticed the issue then reverted back to 4.4 and the problem was still occurring. I did implement the fix for the [Object object] error, but that didn’t seem to affect the fallback image.

    Performance settings in the full width slider? Everything looks alright there but the fallback image still shows.

    Well, you might want to stick to 4.4, until the new version comes out if the solution in that thread is not working for you.

    I just removed the image and uploaded a screenshot of the video so at least it matches on loading but unfortunately it is not showing on mobile devices at all now. On mobile, it says ‘object object’. I don’t understand.

    Then I removed it again and uploaded the previous fallback image to see if there was something wrong with the screenshot but now the mobile just does not show any fallback image at all. Sad. Now the visitors will see ‘object object’ written on my homepage and will think I am an artist with no design sense :(

    I believe there’s a glitch in the new update. I hope the developers fix it soon.

    Hi Xan,

    Can you please use Layer Slider or color section with the background video for mobile screen sizes? And hide this slider for small screens.

    Hi Victoria,

    I have now used the color section (I prefer that over layer slider) and the look is same now.

    A question though, will the Full Width Slider always have the problem now? Will I not be able to use it anymore?

    Please don’t close this ticket as yet. Just in case there’s something.

    Thank you for the suggestion. I would be great if the developers of the theme can fix the issue with the slider.
