Hello,
I have a problem with the avia builder for a few days now.
When I open the text-window it says: “Failed to initialize plugin: avia_builder_button”
But there are several other things, that just do not work anymore without any error-notifcation. (for example: changing links to pictures)I already tried with deleting cache, trying differen browser, updating to latest theme version. Now I am out of ideas. Please help fast because I have to write an article for a client and right now I cannot do that.
Thanks
Kate

I tried opening a few text block elements on your front page, but I can’t see any error messages. How can we reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,

please go to the latest draft on top of the articles in the backend and try there.
Also please try to add a link to a picture element and try to save – it doesn’t work and keeps on loading the page.
Best regards
Kate

June 24, 2020 at 6:04 am #1225017Hi,
Thanks for the update, but I still can’t reproduce the problems you are describing. Opening the text blocks on the page in private works fine on my end, and I changed the link for the picture in the middle without any problems. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps maybe?
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. I see the problem in the post you linked to as well, but I can still change things in the text block and the updates do save. We haven’t had any other users report this problem with the version you are running, and I can’t reproduce it on a local installation, so it’s likely that it’s something local to your installation. What happens if you disable all plugins in order to check for a conflict coming from any of them?
Best regards,
Rikard -
