    this is IMPORTANT please help

    I’ve been building with Enfold for 10 years – love the theme

    However,

    I have a site that is down at redwoodresidences.ca

    the purchase was as follow

    It says my username is already registered and to use another one.

    This is one of my original problems I cannot log in to your forum as my email address is already in your system. (perhaps under my business account at Spincaster – Spincasterdev)

    I should be in your system. Regadless Can you help me fix the broken installation on redwoodresidences.ca

    There’s an account registered with the email in private, apart from that I can’t see any other users using emails on your domain. If you need help with your site then you can post admin login details here, so that we can have a closer look at it.

    Kyle no longer works for me. If you have any emails in his name they should be forwarded to me.

    I can also give you the log in for my envato account to prove the purchas for you but I’ve already sent those details

    I’m still unable to log in to your support forum and I do not see any emails back from the system when I request a new username and password. (this is confusing)

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for that. About your login problems; should we try to delete the old account, if it’s not being used? You can try to register again after that.

    About your site problems; I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    I no longer have any staff. It’s just me. So the only email that is significant is J (Email address hidden if logged out) My Envato account is Spincasterdev and I beleive has the same email attached to it. (I changed it a while ago)
    If you could delete the old stuff I would like to be able to login and get support details on the theme. I intend to still use it.

    I’ll try the plugin as well as i’m not very cofident in FTP at ionos.
