    Hi all Enfold Team

    I need help to understand and to let work that widget (i put it in footer column 4) because i doesn’t work, i mean i copy the UrL of my facebook page and i can see just a white line.

    I have checked the facebook page that you set (url in private content) however it returns:

    Sorry, this content isn't available right now

    that’s why it’s just white, I even tested it on my end and produces the same.
    I have tried kriesi’s facebook page (url in private content) and it works well.

    Hi andreaventu,

    I think the facebook page doesn’t exist.
    Try to change with a facebook page url that exists and it would work fine.

    if i write that URL in browser bar i go directly on that facebook page, so i can’t understand what you mean when you said me that it doesn’t exist.

    That facebook page exists for sure.

    So could you help me to solve the problem, please

    I apologize for that, I have spoken too soon. I think the page is private that’s why it’s not appearing properly, and when I check on the fb page this is what I see:

    Sorry, this content isn't available right now

    Can you try to make the fb page public? it might help fix the issue.

    The page is setted to be absolutly public, thats why i’m not able to understand what it’s happening. I need help to understand first and to solve the problem as well.

    Hi andreaventu,

    I have checked the facebook link you gave and it does show now on my end.
    I have also checked your site and it works properly now on my end. I have posted a link to the screenshot on what I see on your site.
    If you still have issues, try to clear the browser cache, it might be hindering you from viewing it properly.
