    Hello,
    No idea why but after putting the Facebook like box into the Footer 4 position all that comes up is a little white bar. I’ve run a compatibility check and the problem is still there after deactivating everything.

    How do I get the Facebook box to function correctly? I’ve supplied admin details.

    The Facebook link you are using is not working, I’m guessing it’s a group which is not published.

    Hi,

    No the page seems to be off as we get a link saying ” This content does not exist “.
    Is this page published or is it visible only to admins?

    Hi Rikard
    We are having this same problem with the website you were just helping me with the layout problem. We’ve gone ahead and moved to live with hopes you can help fix this just as quickly.

    Also, the social icons in the top bar are not showing. You can click where they are supposed to be which makes the color change and the link works but you can’t see them without hovering your mouse.

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Your Facebook page is not published and thus not accessible to anyone but the administrator of the page.

    I just opened a new account and logged in through an incognito window. It displays just fine. I haven’t even liked the page

    So I finally figured out what was preventing it from showing. It seems that whoever originally set up our Facebook page put in a bunch of country restrictions. Even though it was set to show in our country it must have caused a conflict that prevented the plugin from working.

    It’s showing now that I have removed all of the restrictions. I just thought I’d give you a heads up in case you ever run into this problem again.
