When someone tries to share a post on facebook, copying and pasting the URL, The excerpt that shows on Facebook brings some information that I want to hide: date, number of comments, tags and author.

I already pasted a custom css to hide the information on the post, but it appears when you paste on Facebook.
How can I hide this in excerpt?

As far as I know there isn’t a way to control what information Facebook grabs when it crawls your page. Aside from going through and removing the output for each of those items in a child theme (duplicating the various templates) there isn’t anything I know of to fix that.
