I wonder how I can get the post list to show only excerpts (maybe with a readmore link) instead of full posts on category archives like this one https://foto-shooting.ch/blog/category/lightroom/

Instead of using excerpt which requires tweaking the Enfold theme, I would suggest using the More Tag: https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/ which should add the Read More link.

that might be the last option because the blog already has a ton of posts. Can you push me into the right direction where to tweak the themes files? I´m a webdesigner and have no issues to work with the code if I know where to look at.Tnx
