I have read all the other issues with Event Calendar. Prior to me knowing this was fixable in Enfold, I reached out to the folks at Event Calendar. They told me to install a previous version, which I did. That fixed the issue I was seeing. They released a new version which they said would fix the problem and it did, for a while. Now the issue is back. I just went back to the previous version that works. I see you have released a beta version that may have fixed the issues. Can I get access to that?

You can install previous versions of Event Calendar and it will fix the issue until Enfold and Event Calendar are talking nicely..

Here are the versions which are not affected:
Event Calendar: 4.8.0.1
Event Calendar Pro: 4.6.2.1

Your colleague Günter said in other posts that a BETA version of enfold is available and fix that.

Hi claychurchill,

Please try to install the beta version of the next version of the theme to see if that helps.

@macpek, you cannot see what’s posted in private since you didn’t start this thread. Please open a new thread and we’ll share the link with you in there.

Hey guys. Thanks for the help. I wanted to update you on you my status. I had been working with The Events Calendar people and they released a new version, just before you got me the link to the beta Enfold theme. I installed their updated version and it seemed to have fixed the issue. Do you still want me to install the beta version of the site?

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback.

I checked the beta version of Enfold with the latest version of Events Calendar and it works as expected.

If you do not have any more problems with 4.5.6 you can stay on this version – but it is also safe to update to 4.5.6.1-beta-2.
