Some strange things happen to me that I can’t find an explanation or solution;
I have the enfold theme, with an import of an example template (the one of sports, gym);
Wheni changing anything, when I update the page, it doesn’t save anything and also deletes the different windows or boxes that make up a page (images, texts, grid, color, etc.)
I have deactivated plugins, I have updated, I have downloaded the php version … but I cannot find what is causing this, can someone please help me, I cannot advance like this …I can give access to check what I say, thanks

Login credentials did not work for me. Could you please check them once again?
That issue usually happens when there is a broken HTML on the page. You can try enabling shortcode parser – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#shortcode-parser and set it to “auto repair function” and update your page which should fix errors on your page.

Thanks for that. You have open markup in your content, for example:
<strong>MADRIDYou need to close all html tags properly, otherwise it will break the layout builder.
