Hi guys,
I can see from my health check section of the website that I have got some errors after the upgrade of WordPress. https://www.screencast.com/t/PstUkW1SkzIs it something bad?

I don’t read italian, but it looks like it’s related to the REST API? If so then that is most likely not theme related. I would bring it up with your hosting provider to see if they can give you some further info on what WordPress is telling you.
Best regards,
RikardApril 9, 2020 at 4:27 pm #1202376Helo Rikard,
Thank for coming back.
I removed the part in italian so that you can read it easily.
Would you mind to pint me out with both?
error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure [Error #35]
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
What is it related to?
Thanks,
MarcoApril 10, 2020 at 1:10 pm #1202653Hi Marco,
I’m not sure to be honest with you, but they do look like server errors. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can help you out with them?
Best regards,
RikardApril 10, 2020 at 5:47 pm #1202700Hi Rikard,
After testing, it came out that this error may be due to the following:
Showing the following to the theme developers should be enough for them to address the issue just like in this other case that I was able to find:
Missing Dependencies avia_gutenberg_css /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-gutenberg/css/avia_gutenberg.css avia-modal-style (missing), avia-builder-style (missing) 4.6.2
Can you “translate it” in easy words? hehehe
Thanks,
MarcoApril 12, 2020 at 5:25 am #1203037Hi Marco,
Thanks for the update. Does it make any difference if you update to the latest version of the theme (4.7.4)? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardApril 12, 2020 at 11:32 pm #1203174Hi Rikard,
I did not know there was a new version. I did not receive any notification in my control panel, not sure why.I have to do some test about it. I will update you later on.
Still I get the same errors about the API
The request to the REST API has failed due to an error. (same error handshake) Already checked with the hosting, they updated everything. And this error showed after the update of wordpress.
Errore: cURL error 35: error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure (http_request_failed)
The same error is affecting the following
The request for loopback to your site has not been successful, this means that the characteristics that depend on it do not work correctly. Thanks,
MarcoApril 14, 2020 at 1:06 pm #1203558Hi Marco,
This is not the theme issue, you might have some plugin that blocks requests from the WordPress API and this is what you get. Please check.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaApril 14, 2020 at 5:33 pm #1203677Hi Victoria.
Everything started when I upgraded to the new version of WordPress. And I just reported a new error which other users are having. I have the same plugins I had before, I did not change anything but I started having issues.
Please, could you check for me?
thanks,

April 22, 2020 at 8:03 pm #1206361Hi Marco,
You might want to hire a freelancer to help you with this as this is not the theme issue and so it is out of the scope of our support.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
