    I purchase Enfold in May (paid via PayPal) and installed as the theme with valid Envato private token after purchase and received this error. This has occurred on several websites, not just this one – all with purchased theme and valid token.

    Get Product Version: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – response_code: 403
    – reason: scope-missing

    It will not look for updates and I don’t want my site to be out-of-date.

    This did not work. The plugin said destination already exists. What else can I do? I don’t want site to go down.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the problem. Did you make sure that your token has the correct permissions? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. If that is not the problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
