    We have a problem with the Avia Layout Architect. When trying to update pages that use the Layout Architect, we get the following error message:

    Hey winnewoerp,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We may need to inspect the site in order to understand the issue. Please post the login details in the private field. Meanwhile, please make sure to upgrade the theme to version 5.6.6.

    thank you! I posted the credentials in the private field. Is an admin WP account sufficient or do you need other credentials like FTP?

    I don’t know if it is really helpful, but see the log data in the private field. It is a log file of a day when the error occurred.

    I also have this problem, I think. When I’m changing a portfolio item with Avia Builder, then click on update, the old item is visible and not the changes.
    What I’ve done so far:
    – removed cache
    – deactivated plugin Comet Cache
    – and tried again.
    This didn’t help at all.

    That log is not really helpful unfortunately, are you sure that what you posted is the whole log?
