You can update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use this plugin to upload the theme zip folder: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If you need help then please post FTP login details in private as well and verify that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong.

I am sorry but i dont use ftp and it is too difficult for me to do it
is there any other way to solve the problem please
By the way how they could make something impossible to update in a normal way?
