I am trying to upload the Enfold theme onto my wordpress site but I keep getting and error message saying the link has expired. I have contacted my webhosting provider to get them to increase the space as it was suggested that might be a problem but that still hasn’t solved the problem. Please do you have any suggested solutions?

Could you try to upload it manually via FTP instead please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
If you should need help uploading it then please include FTP login details in private as well.
