Enfold is updated to latest version 4.2.3 and WPML to 3.9.3.
When using Equal Height Column on translated pages, the columns do not show correct. This is an really old bug/issue, but still the error is there:
Translated page: http://www.feddetcamping.dk/en/holiday-packages/seniorcamping-50/
Original page: http://www.feddetcamping.dk/ferietilbud/voksenferiecamping50/Please advise what to do? You claim that Enfold is WPML compatible. That is not my experience at the moment…
I am not using the translating editor in WPML, since the webpage is very large, and the translation editor was not released when the page was built.Thank you in advance
Henrik
February 14, 2018 at 1:22 pm #912246Hey taaning,
Thank you for using Enfold.
We enabled the debug mode and the shortcode parser. The parser displays invalid shortcode structure or it is using the structure of the original page. We’ll forward the issue to our developers.

We may need access to the database in order to check the issue. Please provide the login details for the database or cpanel.
Cheers!
IsmaelFebruary 16, 2018 at 12:53 pm #913233Hey Ismael,
I still face the problem too unfortunately. It has been mentioned quite a few times in the forum (e.g. https://kriesi.at/support/topic/columns-equal-height-problem-in-secondary-language/) in the last few months, but this issue still affects the whole layout on translated pages. Kindly let me know when you have a solution.
Thanks!

The only quick fix that works is by overwriting the columns.php file by an older version (<1 year ago). So it seems a problem in this file?February 18, 2018 at 8:59 pm #914002Hi,
Can you provide us with that file, so we can take a look quickly please?
Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 19, 2018 at 10:13 am #914175Sure, see attached (private content)
February 19, 2018 at 8:34 pm #914514Hi,
I am afraid if we cant access the web site, we cant understand a lot so we can be able to track the issue down as much as possible.

@taaning: Our developers updated the W P M L xml config file. You can find it in the W P M L > Translation Management > Custom XML Configuration panel. All you need to do now is to disable the cache plugin temporarily and then update the pages with the layout issues as we did on the page above. ( see private field )// https://wpml.org/documentation/support/maintaining-avia-layout-builder-enfold-compatibility-wpml/
@Hotelsolutions: You can find the xml configuration file here.// https://pastebin.com/vfHSdUZY

IsmaelFebruary 23, 2018 at 1:50 pm #916677Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your answer, this seems to do the trick!
Just a quick clarification: will this file be overwritten on a next update of Enfold or WPML or should everything still be in place and working after an update?
Thanks again!

The configuration is inside the Translation Management > Custom XML Configuration field so it’s not going to be affected by an update.
