Hello
If I edit some codes(ex: hd, strong etc..) in ‘text block’, it shows on my site just at that moment.
When I click this ‘text block’ for editting again, all of codes disappear and there are only letters.
This problem always happen in all ‘Content Elements’ of Avia layout builder.
I already changed the permission of the folder (wp-content, wp-includes) to 777.
But, I could not solve this problem.
My WordPress version is 3.6.
Looking for your early help.

Are you using Enfold version 1.9.1? Have you checked or modified your php memory limit yet?

A couple of other things you can try then. The first is to disable all active plugins and dropins you have running. This includes Jetpack and any caching plugins you have installed.
Second is to view the source of your page live and then look for the support snippet that starts with :

Hi Devin,
I have exactly the same problems. If I use the ‘text block’ in the layout builder and click on ‘edit’ my whole layout with H1, H2 and other styling disappears. I only see the text without layout.
I just bought Enfold (v 1.8.4) and are busy configuring everything, but this is very annoying..
Hope you can help me as well.
I’ve had this problem as well. Have you tried editing in different browsers? Not all browsers I’ve used for updating my pages/posts have this problem. But I know my preferred browser Opera does.
I simply save to draft or update a live page and then after the refresh I can return to the text block and start working with the visual editor as normal again.
A little annoying, but of all the problems I face working within WordPress, this is a minor one.

Hi Hojoon,
I sent you a response as the account needs to be an admin.
I’m going to close the topic for anyone else since this kind of thing can be cause by a huge number of variables and it needs to be taken on a case by case basis.
If you aren’t using 1.9.1, you must be if you are on WordPress 3.6. If you don’t have at least 96mb of php memory for WordPress to use, you will need to do so as well.
