    I am trying to make changes to my homepage slider but I keep getting this “Error fetching attachment” pop up. I have updated WP, and it says that I have the most up to date version of Enfold, however it states that “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.3)”

    Am I crazy, or is there a 3.5 version available? I am pretty sure the error I am getting is due to not having the most up to date version of Enfold, but I have tried a hard refresh a few times and even forced WP to look for updates and it keeps saying it is up to date.

    I inherited this site from another colleague and this is the first time I have needed support. login info in private content, please let me know what info you need.

    Hey ahafactory,

    You are currently using a very old version of the theme. The latest version of the theme is currently 4.0.2 :)

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    Thank you for the response! I knew that couldn’t be the most up to date version :) I will try the manual update and let you know if it fixes the problem.
