Best regards,
RikardJune 23, 2020 at 4:05 pm #1224904Did you get the private content?
June 24, 2020 at 8:07 am #1225074Hi,
No, I can’t see anything in private unfortunately. Please try sending it again, and make sure that you write something in the public field as well.

RikardJune 24, 2020 at 10:57 am #1225115Ah, okay, it should work now.
June 24, 2020 at 11:05 am #1225117And i also get an error message from woocommerce, but the error disappear when i switch the theme
June 24, 2020 at 3:49 pm #1225265Hi kracklt,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.

VictoriaJune 24, 2020 at 5:28 pm #1225289Hi Victoria,

June 24, 2020 at 5:29 pm #1225291I thing i got the error…let me check something…
June 24, 2020 at 5:36 pm #1225293No, the error is still there…
June 24, 2020 at 5:44 pm #1225296Now the whole website is broken
June 24, 2020 at 5:56 pm #1225299Okay, fixed the site, but the problem is still the same. Deactivating Plugins or Upload fresh enfold theme didn’t make it.
June 25, 2020 at 3:10 pm #1225541Hi kracklt,
The error is in WordPress file, you might want to re-update WordPress too.
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 29, 2020 at 10:22 am #1226344Nop, deleted wp-admin, wp-includes and the single data (wp-activate.php, ….) and uploaded them new, nothing changed.
June 29, 2020 at 10:47 am #1226356The error i get from Woocommerce is my biggest problem, and the error disappears as soon as i deactivate enfold, so it has to be conflict with enfold.
July 1, 2020 at 4:36 am #1227075Hi,
Thanks for the update and sorry for the late reply. What happens if you disable all plugins?
Best regards,
RikardJuly 1, 2020 at 10:46 am #1227208The Wocommerce error is still there. The error only dissapear, when i change the theme
July 5, 2020 at 8:33 pm #1228076Hi,
We don’t see any errors in the site anymore. Is it fixed? How can we reproduce the issue?
Thank you for your patience.

July 8, 2020 at 3:05 pm #1228887Hi team,
please don’t forget me..Kind regards.
July 9, 2020 at 3:30 pm #1229195Hi,
Sorry for the delay. We are not yet sure why the issue occurs, but you can easily suppress the notices by setting the WP_DEBUG or WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY in the wp-config.php file to false.
// https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG#Usage

IsmaelJuly 9, 2020 at 4:13 pm #1229209Hi Ismael,
okay, I did that now, but just ignoring the problem is not very satisfying. Since I get the error message as soon as I activate enfold, a solution would be better…
