August 13, 2020 at 5:46 am #1237255Hi,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,

August 19, 2020 at 4:49 am #1238997Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running the latest version of both the theme and WordPress, and I can’t see any error messages. Do they appear only when you activate the plugin you referred to? If so then can we activate them in order to reproduce the problem?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 19, 2020 at 9:22 am #1239069Just go to wordpress admin panel and click on posts-edit post – you will see critical error (same error when trying to create a new post).
Also when you go to https://thalassanutrition.com/22-positive-habits-of-happy-people/ for example or other posts in blog page you will see white screen and header only instead of blog post…- This reply was modified 4 years, 3 months ago by niobeer.

August 21, 2020 at 6:35 am #1239735Hi niobeer,
Thanks for that. I uploaded the latest beta version to your site and tried it out, but it doesn’t make any difference unfortunately. Do you have access to server log files? If so then please share them with us. Also please try reaching out to your hosting provider to check if they can see what is going wrong on your site.
Best regards,

Common Issues With WordPress 5.5
A large number of users are experiencing an unresponsive interface and issues displaying their sliders. Although LayerSlider is fully compatible with WP 5.5, outdated 3rd party plugins and themes can cause issues affecting the entire site, including LayerSlider. An easy fix is to install the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin by the official WordPress Team. We strongly encourage everyone to update every plugin and theme to their latest versions by visiting the place where they was purchased/downloaded. If needed, seek out the authors of the affected items and ask them to make the necessary changes.August 24, 2020 at 5:50 pm #1240449Hi niobeer,
Thank you for the feedback.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
