    Hi
    I have noticed that there is an error code at the bottom of every page of my site.

    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php on line 632

    I give the full error in private content. Plus my site details.

    Running WordPress 5.1.1 and Enfold 4.5.5

    Can you help please?

    Do you have wp_debug turned on in your installation? If so then please try to turn it off: https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

    Hi Rikard

    The site is a number of years old and has not had this error message until this week. I have not made any changes on the hosting side of things.

    I followed the link you gave and read up some other resources about this and it would appear to suggest I should edit the wp-config.php file – this sounds scary and not something I have done before. I can’t see how this error could have just appeared.

    However, I did download the the wp-config.php file, opened it in Dreamweaver and searched for DEBUG, and found that it is set OFF.
    The line says – define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

    Any other suggestions?

    Same error here too. I got that line in the english language of a client site.
    Any suggestion?

    Anyhow if you search on google

    you will see how many website using enfold are affected by this issue.

    Which version of PHP are you running on the site? We recommend 7.1 or higher.

    The php version is 7.2
    I see from SurigliaStudio’s thread that he identified an issue with SG Optimiser.
    I disabled the “Minify CSS Files” and “Combine CSS Files” in the SG Optimiser plugin and the error disappeared.
    I contacted SiteGround and told them that when I run a performance check on my site (neilpatel.com for example) it recommends that I minify CSS and Combine CSS files and if I re-enable this option in SG Optimiser the error will return.

    They said “I’m afraid that is correct, where the only option, is the theme developer is to release a fix with their next update”

    Do you agree that a fix in enfold is required? I would like to improve the performance of my site and need to know if I should look for another option to SG Optimiser or wait for an enfold fix.

    Hi Tia,

    Thanks for the update, though we can’t be responsible for what third party plugins does to your site. Optimising sites for speed can sometimes be difficult and it’s not uncommon that things break when caching or minifying resources. I don’t think this is bug with either the plugin or the theme, I would suggest that you try turning off the functionality which is breaking things and leave it like that, or try a different plugin.

    Hey Rikard,
    yeah i did that. What is really strange is that on italian language even with the plugin working with the Combine CSS Files it works flawlessly and it’s quite strange that it brokes only on english language.
    I know you cannot be responsible for that i will also try to speak to Siteground developer to check if something on their side is changeable.
