    Hi!
    I am trying to update Enfold from 4.2.2 to 4.3.
    I used FTP manual upload of the new Enfold folder directly to themes folder. Then I renamed the old folder to enfold-old, and the new folder – to enfold. Then I get error 503.
    I tried all of the suggestions in the other threads but nothing helped so far:
    1. Deactivate all plugins.
    – DONE, but did not help.
    2. Update the PHP version being used by your hosting server to PHP 7 by getting in touch with your hosting company. –
    – The PHP version is 5.6. Is it absolutely necessary to have PHP 7?
    3. Replace the header.php file in wp-content/themes/enfold folder with an updated version of the header.php file.
    – DONE, did not help.
    4. Access your WordPress site root folder and rename the current .htaccess file to .htaccess.bak. Login to WordPress admin area go to settings > permalinks > select “Post name” and save changes.
    – DONE, did not help.
    5. Define a higher memory limit in WordPress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server.
    – Increased WordPress memory limit to 256MB.
    So the only two things I haven’t tried is PHP7 and increasing the memory on the hosting server.
    Do you have any other suggestions or can you help?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? Is it a Windows server?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I think you forgot the site url. We would like to check the themes panel. Please try to delete the old version of the theme completely then activate the current version, 4.3.2. Where do you get the 503 error?

    Hi!
    I am sending you the WP ADMIN login now.
    I get the error when I activate the current 4.3 version and try to open the site : http://www.bapc.photo
    I don’t have v. 4.3.2. Where can I get it from? The version that is available for download is 4.3

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. The login credentials are not valid though. Please check it carefully. The latest version (4.3.2) is available in your themeforest account. Please download it and try to update the theme manually via FTP.
