    Hello Kriesi,
I’m trying to update the theme from 3.0.7 to the latest version 3.3.2, but, when I click on active or prewiev button the site show me “Error 500”.In 3.0.7 version I have a theme child and I recall his parent in “function.php”.
However don’t work with your original latest version.
    What could I do?
WP and all plugins are updated and all work fine with 3.0.7 version!

Thank you and have a nice day.

    Hi sunstudio!

Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

If that does not help, please create a temporary admin login and FTP access and post them here privately so we can look into it. Please also upload the latest version of enfold.zip on your server ( and tell us where ) in case we need to update the theme for you.

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    HI Yigit,
I’ve increased the allocated memory to 1024M just to be sure (editing the .htacces file because editing wp_config.php show me a 500 error!) but when I try the new version I have the same 500 page error :(
I cannot upload the theme.zip with wp back end, I do know why, but at the end of upload wp show me a message error “would you retry?”

    Could help me?

On private content the rest of data.

    Thank you
    Best regards,

    Manu

    Hey!

    Sorry for the late reply!

“WP Database Optimizer” plugin was causing the issue. I have deactivated it and your website loads fine on my end right now.
Also, recently we have released Enfold 3.4.1. You can find more information here – http://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-version-3-4-newsletter-integration-new-headers-template-builder-improvements-new-demos-and-more and update the theme by referring to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Cheers!
    Yigit
