Hi,
I experienced issues installing the theme from WP, so I installed it via FTP.
When I try to activate it, the site crashes, giving a “500 error”.
The site is unavaiable and I can operate only via FTP.
In WP, before the installation of the theme I have activated only the plugin Jetpack.
Is there any known compatibility issue between the theme and jetpack?
Thank you for the support.
GalvanoDecember 18, 2015 at 5:41 am #554827Hi galvano,
I haven’t heard of any issues with JetPack, you could try to increase the memory allocated to PHP in WordPress though: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP. It would probably be a good idea to contact your hosting provider as well since it’s an internal server error.
Thanks,
