I have a problem ( Like a lot of people it seems ) with Envato checking the private code on Enfold. I deleted the previous code. Went into private mode got a purchase code from Envato re-saved it and it still gave me the error below. Any other ideas??

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:
Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
username Your private token is invalid.
email Your private token is invalid.
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

Looking at your error messages it looks like the permissions set for the token did not allow Envato to verify your purchase, please see this post about the permissions needed for the tokens If you continue to have this issue I would recommend contacting Envato support to ensure you are getting the correct credit for your purchase.

Well that was a work around. Turned out I had to add an Envato app that took care of updates etc then regenerate the token etc Now I know why Enfold was not updating properly. At least it’s done.
